they are super shiny in grey, i knew that they would be. The ones that I received have extremely tough zippers to use. I'm almost scared to keep them in thinking that I'll bust the zipper just trying to initially unzip them.

I was suprised that Chinese Laundry would even make a pair of boots this poorly. These boots looked extremely cheap & before I could even try them on, I had to pry the zipper down. Even though I got these boots at a great price, I was very disappointed with this buy.
