Customer Review: It was the wrong color sent

This was the worst experience I have had in a while. I ordered a blue and tan boot instead i recieved a red and tan and was told by the representatives that i ordered red when indeed i know for a fact i ordered blue boots and was forced to pay for shipping both recieving and going returning. Which was very unfair to me.
